From the time I walked in to when I walked out the door I felt really welcomed. I knew I had to wait but when it was my turn I was taken care of very well from the doctor to the x-ray tech and especially the nurse in the room. The Young lady that gave me my two shots Was good never hurt and I don’t have any black and blue spots. I feel so much better today and there is no pain in my hip. I want to say a big thank you to the whole team I’ll be back if I need your services again.

This is my second time coming here. I’m always in and out. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The PA and nurses are very attentive. I came in ot feeling well and now I’m feeling better after seeing them.

I made an appointment online live two minutes away. Got there two people were ahead of me but we’re walkins. 4 people in the back rooms being treated, I explained that I have an appointment online and available to get me in quickly. Efficiently, I explained I had another appointment and they were able to get me in and out within an hour. Seeing the doctor to technician and getting an x-ray. Thank you for being so close to my home. I’m actually listening to a client when they walk in.

Thank you! I feel horrible for not remembering the front desk / nurse’s name. I was having trouble walking and she quickly came out with a wheelchair and took me inside. She also did the same upon my discharge. Dr. James Ries was excellent. He listened, and he was very attentive. I felt very comfortable discussing my issue and felt he was very sincere. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or like I was the next patient to get through so he could get to the next. His diagnosis seems on point, because the treatment seems to be working. Also, I like that he recommended ways to treat my issue that didn’t include pain killers (opioids) right off the bat, which some other doctors are quick to. I know this because I’ve refused opiods for less pain. I wanted to understand and try to fix my issue, not cover it up. He did just that. I’d like to add that their prices are descent. Thank you CareSpot – Monument Rd!

Efficient and very professional and clean. The Doctor that helped me was Marge, she introduced herself as Marge which made me very comfortable. She also was aware that I was in more than physical pain. I was my mother had died. She comforted me as if i was a family member. She was extremely compassionate and sincere. I will never forget how she helped that day.

It was quick and convenient. Staff was helpful and alert, which was unexpected at 9am on a Sunday. Only reason I didnt give a 10, was because I still had to go somewhere else for imaging.

Service was great. Wait not too long. Thorough in explaining my condition. Assistant did a good job also. My only complaint and it probably is not connected your location. The instructions for my medications were complicated and very hard to sort out Think this is a pharmacy problem. For an older person, it has been difficult to figure out dosage. Thank for your service. You are good.
