I like going to your Placentia location especially when I can’t get to my Dr. within 5-10 days. Each time I have gone to visit this location the staff, Doctors, and Nurses have been great. There was on time when the counter person was not so great, but we worked that out and now when I get to the counter for check-in the process is smoother. My favorites, by far, are Dr. Shumway and NP Mrs. Lu. They have taken care of me and my kids. Great people.

Fast and clearly understand what I was explained about my condition, got the proscription fill ahead of time that’s he helped a lot. For any mirrors emergency needed I definitely go there.
