The only problem with Care Spot is that you run very behind. I always make an appointment, but I still wait for a considerable amount of time before,either in the waiting area or in the examination room, before I am seen by the Dr. Other than that, always courteous and professional.

I had a fantastic experience here. I was seen in such a timely manner. The nurse that saw me on 8/25 (I believe his name was Jason?) was wonderful. He helped ease my anxiety a bit and made me feel that I made the right choice to come in for a visit. Super personable with a pleasant attitude. I also really liked the PA on duty, Heather. She was great and took time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). Very easy to talk to and I left feeling less concerned about my situation since she helped educate me about my condition. I will return for my Urgent Care needs in the future!
