Hello, at the moment I am very grateful for back pain relief. I was hesitant to use the Urgent Care prior to going, however afterwards I was pleased. Dr. Kesha James was very patient, knowledgeable and kind during my examination. This is my 1st time trying the New Department of Veterans Affairs Mission Act for Veterans. The initial authorization process was eas, hopefully the completed financial process will be as easy as the Urgent Care visit! Thank you so much Dr. James and staff!
