I love this location. First is super close to my house. Secondly, the staffs and doctor are very nice and friendly and the office is very clean.

Hannah was very good. She has an excellent bedside manner. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful also. The triage nurse was very kind and my son really liked him a lot. I made an appointment on line and I really liked that. It’s nice to already have your info submitted and a spot waiting for you. Overall it was a very nice experience.

All the staff are polite and knowledgeable! The nurses and PAs are great! When I know I need an X-ray I do not go to my primary because he does not have an X-ray Machine and will send me to the hospital to get one! This is a one stop care facility!

I appreciated how flexible the staff was. When I scheduled my appointment, I did not realize that I had a commitment that was scheduled a little too soon afterward. I decided to enter in earlier, and the front desk gave me advice on how to proceed. I checked in early, and then I waited until they could take me. Luckily, the medical professionals were extremely efficient at their jobs and I was received slightly earlier than I anticipated. I also left the office just in time to make it to my next commitment. I appreciated that. My only issue was that I wasn’t informed that my health insurance would not be applied to the bill. Luckily I was prepared to pay the full cost, which was still relatively cheap compared to other health centers in the area.
