The people who work there. . The staff are allways polite and professional. I realize that they deal with all type of situations and all types of patients and I have never had a bad experience at yr place. Thays why I allways come back. This was my first visit to the new Care Spot facility on Maguire & Hwy 50. The facility is very clean & workable. The staff was great & they were in their 13th hour as there were patients that came in 10 minutes before closing. I would go there again if my primary was not available.

Staff was helpful and friendly making the small wait time go even quicker. Honestly the greeting made me feel welcome and as if I’ve been a patient there for awhile as opposed to what I’m used to at my usual office.
