The two ladies who worked the desk as well as the the lady who took my labs were wonderful. They were kind, empathic and knowledgeable. I actually waited at the facility while my labs were processing so that I could talk with them more! One of the front desk ladies name was Raquelle and the lab tech was Charlie. I did not get the third lady’s name. If I ever need to go back, I absolutely will. Please consider acknowledging this team for their amazing customer care.
