This was my first encounter at a Care Spot. I highly recommend the Durban Pavilion location. I hardly had to wait and the staff were nice, efficient, and thorough. The receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The nurse was friendly and efficient. The PA was amazing, spending time talking to me and was thorough in his exam.

The front office girl, the medical assistant and the doctor were all great. I had a really long wait, but they were pleasant and thorough.
