All the staff is very friendly. The weight time is always under 30 min. One thing I have to mention though is the very nice young man that worked on 8-5-19 I don’t think ever changed his gloves or washed his hands. He swabbed my daughter’s throat, opened the door with gloves on, came back in with gloves on, swabbed her throat again with the same gloves on and again opened the door with gloves on. When he first greeted us he already had gloves on. I could only wonder if they were the same gloves he wore with the previous patient. I am a nurse and I notice.

I’m always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The PA’s, doctors, MA’s and front office staff are professional and very knowledgeable. They all exercise strong listening and communication skills. The service and care I receive is always above my greatest expectation. I also enjoy the fact that I am never left waiting for a long period of time to see a doctor. I am usually in and out of your clinic within 30 minutes of arrival.

It was fast efficient and well organized. The one negative was someone had carry out food for lunch perhaps and the entire lobby smelled like someone’s lunch. When you don’t feel well an odor like that makes you feel even worse
