Convenient when you need treatment and can’t get an appointment with your doctor for weeks. I called to say I was coming in and asked to be put me on the list. however they it wasn’t necessary so I had to wait much longer. The girl took my ID and insurance cards but it was probably about 15 minutes before I was given the tablet to sign in. Three other walk in was served before me. Yes, they seemed to be busy. I had to ask to give a sample and then then other girl started to give me a sample jar. No mucj communications between the two at the front counter. Once I went back, vitals taken and the NP came in, I told her the problem, she agreed, wrote prescription and we were on our way. Other than the confusion and wait, service was great.
