Fast friendly staff

I have only been to your Palm Desert facility once. I needed to have a cyst on the back of my hand looked at. The desk staff, along with being very efficient, was very pleasing to the eye! The check-in process was handled well, and the wait time wasn’t too bad, Since the cyst was not threatening to my health, the person that looked at it recommended that I get to a hospital with more extensive services if the cyst was really bothering me, Since it isn’t a life-threatening situation, I chose to just let it dry up and go away!! It doesn’t seem to want to do that as yet, so I will wait ’til Monday, July 29, and take further action. Other than that, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the coffee is good, so I have no complaints.

Friendly staff from check-in to the medical care. Very little wait time and the doctors were very attentive and professional. I was very happy with the care I received.

Ipads for sign in. Prices listed on wall. Tv screen showing line and your place in it. Very pleasant staff. Clean facility. Late hours for people with day jobs. Check in online. The list goes on and on. A+

All of the medical staff on duty performed expertly, and extended professionalism and courtesy through the entire process. The facility was very clean and it was easy to see sanitation and maintenance were paramount at the clinic!

So pleasant. I happened to come when the waiting room had just a few people, so I was seen rather quickly. The NA was thorough and pleasant. And Dr. Salaam was compassionate and wrote me prescriptions that were going to get me better . Working in the medical field myself, I am very hard to please and I tend to compare my care with my facility in Wisconsin. I was pleased. Thank you. Deb
