Very efficient check-in process. Minimal wait time in a clean, quiet waiting room. Pleasant & professional employees – all of them! PA was very professional & compassionate. Experience all together was a 10 and I have already shared my satisfaction with many of my friends! Also, follow-up contacts were appreciated!
