The staff at the reception was very considerate, kind and professional. The Physician Assistant identified my health issue with a correct diagnosis. I am from out of the state and they all helped me to get the proper care. I am extremely grateful for your services! Keep up the good word:)

Front desk gal and Shelly the PA I seen were amazing!! The MA that took me back acting as if he could care less, no eye contact. Tried to go over my meds with him, I asked him what strength he had listed for one of the meds and he tells me there was no strength listed just the name of the medication. I proceeded to tell him the strength of the med and he didn’t want to listen to me.Being a respiratory therapist I found this careless. You can’t be careless about patients medication list. I’ve been in healthcare for 30 years and found this very disturbing . Maybe healthcare is not his forte. I definitely wouldn’t want him taking care of one of my love ones. Other than that I would recommend your facility to everyone ! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give some feedback .

Friendly staff, Dr. Tan is very thorough and most of the time the wait can be under 30 minutes. The same day scheduling appt is great.

I absolutely love the experience of the back part of the office once I got called in. They were beyond amazing, they cared and was supper friendly. The front desk were slow and heartless. Took 40 minutes just accept my copay and there was never no eye contact whatsoever.

Friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait long. Both nurses and medical practitioner listened fully to my complaints and even offered extra assistance based on the medication being prescribed. They made me feel very comfortable.
