Quick, friendly & knowledgable. Dianna, Portia & Ashley (Nurse Practitioner) made my experience a great one, if you can really say that about going to the doctor sick. 🙂 In a different way each of the three ladies went over and above (beyond anything training could’ve prepared them for) to help me in one way or another. Very patient & compassionate with a semi-difficult customer (me, I was very nervous about going somewhere new & didn’t try to be difficult, just sometimes turn into Chatty Cathy with a ton of questions). I’d choose MedPost over any other urgent care provider, situational even over the ER. I’ve already shared my experience with three people that I know use urgent care providers. Not to be judgmental about CareNow but MPs facility was clean and organized & I didn’t feel at any time that I’d leave sicker than when I arrived. Ladies you did a wonderful job taking care of me & I truly appreciate it! Hoping the best for each of you!! Thank you again!! 🙂 [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
