The speed at which I was seen was GREAT! Being able to make an appointment online was AWESOME! But mostly the personnel that I interacted with while at this particular location was what garnered my 10 rating. The PA and Nurse were GREAT! Their interactions weren’t just clinical, but cordial and pleasant conversations in addition to the diagnostic questions. Also, the front desk attendant was pleasant and efficient in our insurance discussions. All in all, you have a great team assembled at this particular location!

Could be seen immediately; office wasn’t crowded; could set up online appointment; staff was nice and courteous; environment was peaceful and clean.

Medpost was great! I didnt want to go because i dont like dealing with dr.s and you always get stuck at the office for a long time. It was fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I cant remember the dr.s name, but she was friendly and answered all the questions i had. They also had lollipops and chapsticks in the front lobby. Two thumbs up, i will go there again if i need to.
