Got seen as a walk-in for a sinus infection. The PA, Ms. Shaw, who examined me was very receptive and listened to my concerns. She was face-to-face to me for the evaluation. I’m an old school veteran who recalls back in the day when providers invested their patient time with patients, instead of writing their notes on the computer with their backs turned to their patients like with other clinics I’ve visited (including military clinics). Thank you for showing your genuine care and concern for a sick veteran fellow on a walk-in basis. That show of patient consideration goes a long way. Hooah.
