I was on vacation and my grandson got sick. I found your office by searching the internet. I spoke to Sharron from the front desk and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Your office was not close to the hotel we were staying, but I felt comfortable that my grandson would get good care. The old saying “first impression last” is very true! Sharron is an asset to your organization.

The service was fabulous!! I am from Indiana and found your clinic through google and reading the reviews. We arrived at 845 PM after arriving from Busch Gardens with a child with s fever and ear ache. The staff didn’t balk that it was close to closing time. Nor did I feel rushed. There were others in the waiting room when I arrived. The wait was very minimal. The receptionist was very pleasant to interact with, clear about my copay with my insurance and CLEANED the iPad before handing it to me!!!!! The nurse was very interactive with my daughter making her the focus. The doctor was AMAZING in her personality and I truly felt as though they all CARED about my child’s well being. The doctor’s examination was extremely thorough and precise. She interacted with my daughter listening to her and I didn’t feel rushed in trying to tell her my concerns. She gave me recommendations of ways to help my child feel better in addition to the medication. She returned to the room with the prescription herself to explain the mechanism of the med and when we should notice a difference and if not to go to hospital if another specific set of symptoms were noted. I told our hotel to add your clinic to their resource list as your clinic was not on their list. I will be doing an online review as well. I know there was a pediatric care clinic that I could have chosen online however their reviews are not the best so I chose your clinic. I truly feel I made the Right Choice!! Please let your staff know as I did when I was there “THANKS”’!!
