The people who helped us were all very professional and helpful. I have 3 rib fractures which were very painful, and I came to you because it was a Sunday and my primary care physician’s office was closed. I was very glad we’d come to you because of the help, beyond the call of duty, we received (I was there with my husband). Tanya listened to what I said very attentively, and immediately arranged for an x-ray. After the radiologist’s report arrived, telling that my fractures were all displaced, Tanya brought us to the x-ray room to look at the film. She showed us the displaced ribs, and explained what could be done about them. She advised me to see an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible, and provided the names of 4 suitable ones. She did much more than my primary care physician had done – he hadn’t read the radiologist’s report, so told me only that 3 ribs were fractured. He also didn’t advise me to see an orthopedic surgeon. All he did was prescribe a pain medication. I am very grateful for the care I received by your services, and will certainly recommend you to all our friends and acquaintances. In fact my husband has already done so at a lunch party he attended soon after we left your services. (I had stayed home, resting because of the pain).
