I came in for a urine test. My bladder did not comprehend the waiting process. Your employee (I forgot his name, Octavian or something) assured me he was expediting my paperwork & brought me back moments later. The staff was friendly & courteous even with the lobby quickly filling up

This my third visit to CareSpot. On all occasions I was able to get an appointment quickly. The reception staff are efficient and friendly. The wait to be seen was reasonable. The doctor was pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had just moved to the Island within in the last month, I asked the doctor for a referral for a primary care physician. The next day I received a phone call from Danielle providing me with names. It was very helpful.

After waiting 2 hours to be seen at St Vincent’s Clay ER, my wife brought me to Care Spot in Middleburg, FL. We walked in, went through registration and was called back in less than 15 minutes! The ARNP that was on staff Tuesday night did everything he could to help us figure out why I was running such a high fever of 104.3 degrees but all the test ran came back negative. His best advice was for me to go to a different Emergency Room for further work up and we are so glad he did. It turns out that I have pneumonia. On Wednesday afternoon, the same ARNP called to check me. This was a surprising phone call to receive. I will always choose the Care Spot in Middleburg, FL for my urgent medical needs. Thank you to the all of the medical staff that was involved in treating me.

I was a walk in. The receptionist was very friendly and offered the next available appt, 1 hr from when I arrived. This gave me the opportunity to run a few errands rather than sit and wait for an hour. When I came back at appointment time, I was seen right away, no wait. Great experience. Doctor was thorough, gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan and time for any questions.

CareSpot is always quick in getting me into a room and seeing a doctor, they pay attention to my needs and concerns and always give me the care that I need. They make it easy to order and pick up the perscriptions that I need and make it extremely easy to make an appointment to any of their locations.

Very efficient and genuine kind, caring from your receptionist on Saturday June 4th. I was having paperwork problems and she went out of her way to help me and made my day less stressful. I wish all people in customer service were like her. A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOUR RECEPTIONIST!!!
