Your’s was the third care facility I visited in less than 20 hours. I went to Shands Emergency on 39th across from Springhill the night before. The wait to be seen was over 4 – 5 hours… With that I went home and took Benadryl. The next morning I went to the Care Spot on 39th & 43rd. The receptionist said it would be at least three hours before I would be seen, so I asked if she knew of any other care facilities – which is when I headed over to the 720 Spot. Thank Goodness you were not busy! Your facility is clean and inviting. The coffee/ tea area is very comforting. The Dr. was extremely attentive and helpful. I just wish the other facilities either had more physicians working, or a greater system for seeing patients in a timely manner ( or both )

Well you guys were a second choice because I needed a steroid shot for poison ivy and heard about the “shot nurse.” But they didn’t answer my call and you guys did. I’m glad about that. It was alittle bit of a wait but that’s to be expected. What was truly refreshing and calming was the young lady working that afternoon–her name was Jennifer. She had the biggest smile and a very pleasing demeanor that immediately made me feel like she wanted to do right by me. She’s a great attendant. The doctor on call was equally pleasant and very confident in her treatment and recommendations. Both of these women did a superlative job.

Clean welcome area. Efficient front staff. Log in with iPad. Seen Quickly. Warm and caring atmosphere. Glennyce was the first nurse to see me and was very reassuring and calm. Dr. Maria came in next and told me my options for treating my wound and we agreed on stitches. It felt good to be part of a decision, as small as that may have been. She was very skilled giving me numbing shots before the stitches, and was concerned for my pain level, but her technique did not create much pain. She explained my options for antibiotics aftercare, but helped decide when and if I should take them. I’m very hesitant to take antibiotics. Drew came in last to complete the wound care dressing and explained what I needed to do at home with supplies he gave me. I was very comfortable. I had a two-day follow-up and received the same high quality care. The wound was clean and recovering nicely with the stitches.
