I took my son in cause he had smashed his toe. from the time we got there everything went fairly fast, we were taken back within 10 minutes from the time we checked in. i let James the nurse know that my son was a little nervous so he joked with him to calm him down so he got a situated in the room and did all of his stuff then politely left about 5 minutes later Lori Brewster the Nurse Practitioner came in and was absolutely wonderful she assessed the problem then explained to my son what she was going to do, when he asked if it was going to hurt she let him know that generally there was not a lot of pain with the procedure she was going to perform and gave him options on what she could do. Well done! we were there a little over an hour total that included X-rays and a procedure WOW. hey we even got a sucker on the way out

The customer service was excellent. It was close to closing when I came in with my sick daughter. We were from out of town visiting family and I didn’t know the area well. The staff made me feel very comfortable. From the lady that sat at the front desk, to the PA that took care of my daughter I would say the service was excellent. I’m a nurse and I recognize compassion. Kuddos to your staff!!
