From the moment you walk in the front door, the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The staff at the front desk greated me very politely. Sign-in and insurance were a breeze to deal with, as well. I had made an appointment earlier in the day for 5:30 pm, so my wait time was fortunately very minimal. However, as walk-ins came in, the staff truly accomodated them to the best of their ability. An older gentleman shortly came around the corner, introduced himself, and promptly assessed me. After entering my symptoms, etc. into their systme, a strep test was performed and I was on my way with a prescription slip within an hour of walking in. 🙂
