The ease of making an appointment and the promptness of the service. The front office staff was very helpful and goes the extra mile, the only improvements we suggest would be that the medical assistant should have introduced herself, tell us her name and title, before she made us feel she was the NP we were going to see as we were told by the front staff initially. We suggest that she and all who work there act and take pride in their important role of this great medical enterprise that serves the community.
