I had a great experience with being seen by the physician BUT I had a virus & asked for some cream prescription. When I got to CVS (where it was sent) they said it would be $600.00 out of pocket but could ask for the ointment that was cheaper. I called & ask for the ointment RX to be sent, when I got back to CVS I was told it would be $300.00 out of pocket. I asked the pharmacist to hold the RX & I would see if there is something comparable & less expensive. I called Med Post the next day to ask if they could send a Rx for Xerese cream and the receptionist said she would ask the Dr. the next day when she came back. I had to work out of town & on return called MedPost to see if they had followed thru. I was told by the receptionist that day that I would have to come back for a reevaluation. I do not feel I got the complete and full treatment or care that I paid for as my Xerese cream RX was never received by CVS. Please see that this is corrected and sent. Jerri and the other nursing staff are kind, thoughtful, and have great bedside manner. I consistently choose to return to this location over other Care Spots and competing urgent care centers for this reason.
