I was given the wrong PHI on my sons radiology report on 5/25/20. My husband ask about the visit outcome since he waited inside the car. He asked to see his radiology report because of the uncertain diagnosis I was given, and that’s when he notice it was the Wrong patient! We both work in the medical field and we know this is not good. The NP came out to speak to him right away, she handed over the correct Radiology Report and kept the other patients PHI. Overall the visit was not what I expected, the radiologist and the NP had a different opinion on the final diagnosis which I was questioning about, I even asked for another radiologist to do a second reading but I was told by the tech that they had no “control of that“ but when my husband went back the radiologist had done a reading? I do want to say that the whole place it’s clean and CDC guidelines are followed.

Staff was great but going into the office and getting a bill without knowing in advance even approximately what price bill to expect is annoying and I will never be happy with the current system until it is transparent.

I brought my husband in this past Saturday and the Dr. was concerned he was possibly Covid. We went immediately to the ER at Flagler and he tested negative. Hope that relieves some stress in these trying times. Thank you for seeing us. Karen Glenn

Disorganized with faxing and need to train the person taking people blood. I got poked six times and my arm was hurting because of that. The doctor had to stepped in and take my blood.. Also the receptionist Adam messed up my very important appointment for surgery and schedule me for a carespot 25 miles away. Also a lady named Doris told me that she faxed my preop to my doctor and she was lying. I called later and she said the results would be faxed the next day. Bad and painful experience. I do not recommend.
