the woman in the front was so rude, i was already stressed & worried about being there but the way she treated me was horrible. i almost had a panic attack waiting in the lobby, she really could have helped me a lot by just being respectful & professional. the rest of the staff was amazing so they made up for it but definitely would not recommend & it’s a shame because i live right next to this urgent care.

Was told I had a UTI and was prescribed Cipro , and 4 days later was called saying I didn’t have a UTI and to stop taking the Cipro

I went to get tested for cov 19 for pre surgery reasons! Tech collecting. Covet 19 sample kept asking me what type of surgery?i told him a few times it was private! His response was “Oh so now they are doing selective surgery well maybe we shouldn’t give you the test” he did not let up which made me very uncomfortable! Then he finally said well you tell your surgeon not to be sending you over here! Which I might add he was wrong on both things my surgeon did not send me there and it was not selective surgery. I just don’t think it was any of his business! And if there was a problem with giving me the test and they should have not accepting me as a patient and made an appointment! I just think he was aggressive with me because I was a young girl! And and for those reasons I wouldn’t recommend you guys specifically to other young girls . The guy in the front desk was very nice and professional and so was the young lady

The staff is friendly, efficient and patient. I truly appreciate the staff accommodating my pain and examining me while standing! I was also impressed with the way a belligerent phone call was handled professionally and with more patience than I personally could have endured! I have been to this location many times for myself and one of my three boys at any given time and always treated kindly even sent to a referenced medical institution if needed. Very impressive!

The Doctor was very attentive and took his time to answer my questions and attend me with patients and kindness. He also followed up with me for all my test results and gave me positive hope that I was going to be fine. Thank you MedPost Doctor and staff. Staff was very polite and welcoming.
