My daughters appointment was at 4:30, after she called them again from her car to remind them that she was still waiting at 6:20, they told her alright you can come inside.

It was a good experience but you only had a PA on site. PA’s are assistants only and a MD or a NP should have been there. PAs are not authorized to practice independently. She was good but how do I really know that she knew what she was doing?
