Did not feel clean and staff made me feel uncomfortable. Nurse assistant wanted me to remove my mask to check my temperature, which surprised me and wrapped my foot wrong when the ANRP ordered an ace wrap. Also the ANRP told me that she could give me a prescription for pain because she wasn’t able to… so that was a lie. And in the end I went home with no direction.

Hand washing is more effective then hand sanitizer and some people were not were masks. Also the np didn’t know much about wounds
