CareSpot Urgent Care of Middleburg proudly serves local communities seven days a week with convenient urgent care services. Our Middleburg clinic is one of our many Florida locations and a one-stop solution for many healthcare concerns.
We are a walk-in clinic that also takes same-day and future appointments booked online or by phone.
When you need care, you can easily find our clinic at 1708 Blanding Boulevard. We’re located in a stand-alone building and next to Chick-fil-A. There is a parking lot available for our patients, and our clinic is wheelchair accessible. Our clinic has a wheelchair ramp, bathroom safety bars, and a wheelchair available to use if you need one.
At this clinic, we gladly welcome walk-in patients and those who have scheduled ahead online or by phone. Our Middleburg clinic makes it easy to simply walk in for care when you need it most. However, you may also schedule a same-day or future appointment on our website or by phone.
Residents of nearby Orange Park, Keystone Heights, Lawtey, Green Cove Springs, and Starke also visit our Middleburg clinic when they’re feeling unwell.

We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Middleburg urgent care center. What do I need to bring when visiting the Middleburg CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Middleburg urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
