The same day I went to get urine tested I neglected to tell Sally that I had fallen at home. I went to Jewett Orthopedic in Winter Garden area (thought I had a problem with my ribs (broken or hairline break) and they told me they do not do ribs. Are they nuts in an orthopedic facility. She recommended I go to a Carespot. So back to one in my town, Clermont. Waited about an hour and the Doctor and xray gal we just so nice and professional. Again, have one person doing the covid testing, the place would flow so much easier. My husband has been there about a year ago and was very satisfied too.

You were available but took me 2 hours to get to see someone. Everyone there for a covid tests – nuts. You should have one designated person doing that. Sally the PA, nurse, Laura the receptionist was just lovely. I thought I had a UTI. The next day I called and want to talk with Sally so left word because the facility in Clermont was not her regular place of work. I left word with receptionist but no one called me back. It was a “circus” in the waiting room but….

I like that you can make an appointment online and that mostly the appointment time matches the time in. The staff is friendly and takes the time to explain what the diagnosis is and is willing to listen.

I like that I was able to go into a clean enviroment, I watched the girl at the front desk spray down the seats once people left in the waiting room. Also, I like how I was able to confirm my suspicions of having a uti and get the right treatment. The pa did a thorough exam and gave me excellent medical advice.
