The receptionist at Care Spot Orange Park greeted me as soon as I walked in. This was my first visit to a Care Spot, and it was around 5:30 PM. (A long day for everyone). I utilized the online ‘get a spot in line’ for Care Spot, but I was an hour late due to other family emergencies. She was very professional and kind and walked me through the check in process. She provided me an very honest assessment on the wait time, and I really appreciated her empathy and professionalism. I set up child care so that I could stay as long as I needed. It turned out that I had a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics, so I am SO GRATEFUL that I stayed. The LPN (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely talented, professional and kind. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and she conducted a thorough assessment of my ears, throat, and lungs. I know it was a long day for everyone, and she demonstrated exceptional bed side manners. The RN was also very kind and professional and walked me through her diagnosis and recommended treatment. Overall, the performance of everyone in the Orange Park Care Spot was professional, knowledgeable and instilled confidence in my treatment. This is not the closest Care Spot to my home, but based on the staff at Orange Park, I will absolutely choose this site over any other urgent care facility. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Very friendly atmosphere. Chairs socially distanced. I was taken not too long after my scheduled appointment. However, impossible to reach them by phone.

I was very impressed with everyone in the office during my appointment. Ms Bolich, Andrea, the young man at the front desk and the X-Ray tech were all very pleasant and professional in the way they took care of me.
