The office staff and nurse were FABULOUS! Very accomodating and nice. Unfortunately, the nurse practicioner that saw me on my visit was condesending and aloof. The way she held herself (leaning against the counter with legs crossed examining her nails as if my presence was a bother), her tone of voice which was laced with disinterest and condesention, and her dismissive way of negating the things I shared regarding my reason for being there. When sharing a thought I had researched about why I was continueing to get infections she responded by saying “that unless something was anatomically wrong with you down there then that would not be a reason for infection. At your age I am sure a doctor would have discovered that by now. Since they haven’t then that is not a reason for your infection.” At that point I stopped talking, realizing nothing I said was of importance to her. I have been to this Care Spot many times and have had a great experience each time with the exception on this visit.

That I was scheduled to the Cerritos office and since they couldn’t help me they right away set me up with the Los Alamitos office and I didn’t need an appointment and Los Alamitos office took me right away
