It’s a walk in but can make an appointment. All Doctors are Awesome. Caring. Alternative to going to hospital emergency room. Thanks to all Doctors there kept me out of the hospital quite a few times.

I use CareSpot regularly since my primary doctor moved. I have always been very pleased with the care there. Unfortunately this visit had a few wrinkles that left me unsatisfied. First I reserved my spot on the computer before going there only to not on “the list” when I got there. Thankfully I had screenshot my reserved spot and estimated time. But I still had to wait 40 minutes after everyone else was seen before me. Then after my visit the doctor told me he had already called in my prescription so I stopped by the pharmacy to pick it up on my way home only to be told they had not received anything yet. I waited 30 minutes before calling CareSpot to inquire and was he had not done it. He had to call it in then. While his care was professional and I I will definitely be back I only hope this does not happen again.
