I tripped in my garage while unpacking boxes having just moved in after our cross country move. I fell heavily on my forearm and left lower shoulder resulting in deep scrapes down several layers of epidermis on each wound. I walked into the reception area, the receptionist took one look at me and ushered me into the care area without asking one word. The staff went right to work and had me patched up very quickly and professionally. All was super and I can’t imagine getting better care.

I Googled urgent care and found CareSpot, selecting it from the others because it was affiliated with Orlando Health and South Lake Hospital. Making the appointment was easy over the phone. It’s also nice to know you can be seen without an appointment. The office was very clean. Check-in was quick and my wait short. Everyone, including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were attentive to my circumstances and treated me accordingly, I appreciate the evening and weekend hours. My prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy, My only small observance was not having a garbage can in the bathroom located in the testing area. I had to give a urine sample and there was no where inside the bathroom to throw away the package wrapper. I washed my hands and used the trash can located in the testing room. I am happy that this clinic has opened in Clermont.
