I noticed how the staff is diverse and how they were being treated badly by white people. They were putting up with all kinds of shit from them, and everyone else. People are going in there because you are offering free covid-19 testing with no office fee, which I applaud, however there should be signs telling people that it is not a government office and they do not by any means need to bend over backwards for people who aren’t even paying for a service or office fee in relation to the covid-19 testing. I saw them taking so much shit yet still after working all day they were maintaining a professional, courteous attitude. All of the employees there, ESPECIALLY the ladies up front on the phones and directly dealing with people ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE GIVEN RAISES!!! If you don’t retain these valuable assets to your company your service will undoubtedly go down hill. I strongly urge you to value and appreciate each and every one of these hard working people in this time of great need. I know that Orlando health makes enough money. These people are stressed. They are on the verge of tears at the end of the day, because of how they are being treated by the public. Being in health services, you should care about the health of your employees. You also need to hire more staff, to assure employees are getting needed breaks to eat. I over heard one person saying that they hadn’t eaten since the morning, and this was at around 7 pm. NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE TO KEEP WORKING WITHOUT EATING!!! TREAT YOUR PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY! GIVE THEM A BREAK! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!

Easy to get an appointment. Pre-screen call saved time. Good safety precautions made me feel comfortable when I arrived. Doctor was personable and informative and a good listener. I did not feel rushed. All staff were pleasant and helpful. I appreciated receiving a follow-up text to ask if I needed anyone to call me. I also appreciates receiving a phone call with my test results and next steps. Overall, a very good experience.

It was easy to make the appointment by phone. Waiting room was clean, front desk person was very pleasant and gave good directions. Nurse and doctor were thorough and kind, and the whole visit was quick and easy.
