Staff was very professional and followed strict Covid-19 procedures. Appreciated being in an environment that took it so seriously. I just wish I could get results immediately. The wait is extremely stressful.

The Mandarin office was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is professional and so kind. Two CareSpot locations had turned me away because they wanted to close early on the 4th of July, but the Mandarin office, after calling them, welcomed me in at the last minute and treated my broken arm. I am so grateful.

Very prompt, staff was comforting and understanding, as well as honest and helpful in regards of what to look out for the and likelihood of both good results and bad results. My visit did not last very long, which was a nice change of pace from other medical institutions, and felt both very welcome and important as a patient while there.
