The wait time is always pretty short, which I appreciate. When I go there because I’m sick or one of my kids are sick, we just want to get home and go lay down. Also, I appreciated that Stephanie took time to explain my symptoms and her recommended treatments to me. I’m 37 years old and have had dozens of sinus infections, and I learned several new things from her. She’s great!

The CareSpot that I visited was staffed with courteous professionals who greeted me when I entered the lobby with a friendly disposition. Each team member from Bunny, who registered me, to Brody, who took my vitals and who listened patiently to my complaints, to the physician who treated me, all introduced themselves and ensured that I knew each next step in the process until I was discharged made me feel like my visit was important to them. A great team!

There is usually no waiting, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they can usually take care of my needs so that I don’t have to go to the doctor’s office. (Except last time when I had to go to the ER.)
