Everyone was very nice. Had to wait a little more than an hour past my appointment time which was not a big issue, but if they are running behind it would be nice to let those waiting know just in case they have other schedules. Otherwise it was ok.

I liked the ability to “wait in line” at home. I appreciate the fact that the waiting room wasn’t filled with sick people. That is what kept me from going to an urgent care facility sooner. The staff was friendly and efficient. They didn’t seem rushed and were able to listen to my concerns and give me pertinent info.
