I was so impressed that Ben spent that much time explaining some possible causes and alternatives for my recurrent symptoms. He gave me so much to consider as I think about how to treat my symptoms in the future and I am so grateful for the advice and guidance! One of the best urgent care experiences I have had.

I was really listened to by the doctor. She answered all my questions. She ultimately prescribed something, which I’ve been using, (an antifungal mouthwash), and it really looks like it’s working as my symptoms have already improved significantly. Staff were also likeable and attentive. Parking easy. Wait-time reasonable. I’d go back to this Urgent C. in the future.

The staff was great! We went to a different location because we feared our son had a broken arm, and needed to go to Cerritos because they have x-ray equipment. They were so slammed. We ended up waiting over four hours to get seen. I really appreciate the que line on the TV in the lobby. It at least gave us a sense of time and progress. Once inside, I realized that only three people were staffing, which explains the long delay. However, all three of them were courteous and professional, even after a very long day. I really liked Chris, the LVN. A very calming demeanor and asked great questions, and patiently answered the staggering amount of questions from my very curious nine year old.

Every one was very helpful. the amount of time was not bad. I will go back there if I have to. but hope not
