Front desk was great, he was very helpful and friendly. Felt welcomed. Maybe, possibly a little bit more comforting bed side manner from medical staff towards patient. Child was the patient. After examination and testing, staff seemed a little cold. Understandably, we weren’t at a pediatrics office but a little warmth would have been reassuring.

I was extremely nervous about getting tested for TB, was not aware it was part of my pre-employment screening before I went. The lady who administered the test and her boss were so kind to me and explained it to me and calmed me down and im truly thankful for that. I cannot remember their names but, they deserve to be noticed for it because they were both just great.

I was taken care of in a professional and caring matter. I was given a prescription but all pharmacies were closed. This was a Sunday around 7pm. Please tell people that many places will be closed.
